RETURN SHIPPING IS TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. FRANC & LUI DOES NOT OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING.

THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

We offer assistance when it comes to sizing and measurements to make sure you're happy with our products.

ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS MARKED FINAL, ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WOULD BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

*The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

*Your item must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.

*Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

*Original tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.

*Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

*If an item is Ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.

*Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

*Store Credit does not expire.

*Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes more time to locate the order.

REQUEST A RETURN:

Before starting a return, please double check your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected. Any returned package that arrives back after the 14th day would be sent back regardless of approval.

The return package must arrive to us on or before the 14th day from when you received your package and or initial delivery attempt.
